The end of the Independence Day Holiday was busy for first responders in the Branson area.
Two separate incidents, both late Tuesday night, kept area first responders busy.
First off, a shooting incident late Tuesday night leaves one person injured. According to reports from the Branson Tri-Lakes News and Ozarks First, the shooting took place in the north parking lot at the Branson Landing. One person sustained non-life threating injuries. No details have been released as to who was involved and what led to the shooting.
Meanwhile, two area fire departments were at the scene late Tuesday night of a fire just north of Branson. According to Ozarks First, at least one trailer was engulfed on Cannon Ball Loop just west of Highway 65. Both Branson and Western Taney County Firefighters were at the scene along with the Missouri State Highway Patrol and Taney County Sheriff’s Office. No other information as of yet of any other damage, injuries, or cause of the fire.
