The current edition of the "At Your Service" Podcast includes some information on how to prepare and eat food safely during the upcoming Thanksgiving and Christmas Gatherings.

Laura Jahn and Kara Miller of the Taney County Health Department provides the information, including the importance of preparing food safely by keeping areas clean and preparing it separately. Information also includes the proper cooking temperatures and keeping food safely stored when preparing leftovers.
