The Missouri Department of Transportation is closing a highway bridge today for inspection.
The U.S. Highway 160 Bridge over Beaver Creek is shutdown until 3:00 this afternoon for the work. Highway 160 is closed at Davidson Road and Slough Hollow Road on either side of the bridge.
Drivers will have access to driveways and entrances on either end of the work zone, but will not be able to travel through the work zone. Signs and message boards will alert drivers approaching the work zone.

UPDATE: Taney and Ozark Counties, including the Branson area, have bee added to the Flood Watch in effect for today into Sunday morning. In addition, a Flood Warning has been issued for the James River between Boaz and Galena for Sunday due to expected rises in the river.
