The Taney County Sheriff's Office is continuing the investigation of a shooting incident that occurred Friday morning.
According to a post on the Taney County Sheriff's Office Facebook Page, a little after 7:00 am deputies responded to Cox Medical Center Branson for a male gunshot victim. The investigation reveled that the man had been shot by another man following an altercation at a residence on
During the course of the investigation detectives were able to determine that the male victim had been shot by another male following an altercation at a residence on Sycamore Church Road north of Branson.
The release goes on to say that the gunshot victim is in stable condition.
The Sheriff's Department is asking anyone with information on this incident to contact the Sheriff's Office at 417-546-7250.
