The National Weather Service says the combination of gusty winds and low humidity will make outdoor burning dangerous today.
While the winds are out of the south-southwest which is bringing in warmer air, the speed of the winds with the continued dry conditions has officials warning against outdoor burning. The winds in the Lakes Region will be gusting up to 20 MPH but higher gusts are possible in some areas.
After Sunday's cold blast, temperatures today will surge into the upper 40s with some 60 degree temperatures possible by Wednesday.
