An investigation is underway after the discovery of skeletal remains in Branson.
According to a post on the Branson Police Department Facebook page., the remains were found in the area of Violyn Drive on Thursday. The remains are believed to be human and were turned over to the Taney County Coroner’s Office for analysis.
No identification has been made at this point with both Branson Police and Taney County Coroner investigating the discovery.
