Town Hall Meetings are scheduled at several locations in southwest Missouri as part of a Missouri Public Service Commission investigation into the billing practices and customer service of Liberty Utilities.
According to a release from the PSC, the investigation was started after the commission received several complaints and inquires concerning Liberty.
Two town hall meetings will be in the region on Tuesday, 12:00 Noon at Branson City Hall and at 6:00 pm in Ozark at the Community Center.
Other Town Hall Meetings will take place this evening in Aurora and Wednesday in Joplin.
While no PSC board members will be present, PSC Staff will be joined by the Missouri Office of the Public Counsel and representatives of Liberty Utilities at the Town Hall Meetings.
