Two Area Basketball Tournaments were highlighted on MOARK Sports Thursday night.
At the Galena Girls Tournament, the top seeded Forsyth Lady Panthers roll into tonight's semi-final after picking up an 84-10 win over Exeter to open the tournament on Thursday. The Lady Panther game tonight at 7:00 will also be on MOARK Sports as they will match-up with a Lakes Area School Reeds Spring, a team the Lady Panthers beat earlier this season 62-42 earlier this season. The Lady Wolves knocked off host Galena 48-38 in first round action Thursday. Fordland and Rush were the other first round winners.
Meanwhile, at the Spokane Boys Tournament, a split for the Lakes Area Schools in the semi-finals as top seeded Ash Grove gets by Reeds Spring 50-39 while Blue Eye rallied to get by Cassville 45-43. Both the Reeds Spring and Blue Eye Games will also air on MOARK Sports tonight with the Wolves playing Cassville for 3rd Place at 6:30 and the Bulldogs taking on Ash Grove for 1st Place at 8:00.
Also on MOARK Sports tonight, the Harrison Basketball teams host Gravette with the Girls Game at 6:00 and the Boys Game to follow. Those games will also air on 94.9 KHOZ.
