Don Swan, 84, of Forsyth, passed away on Aug. 18, 2021. Visitation will be held at The River Church in Forsyth, Missouri on August 21, 2021 at 1:00 pm.
Celebration of Life will be held at The River Church in Forsyth, Missouri on August 21, 2021 at 2:00 pm. Burial will follow the service at Ozark Memorial Park, Branson, Missouri.
Memorial donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
