Walter C. Hesemann of Taneyville
Walter C. Hesemann of Taneyville, Missouri passed away August 27, 2026, at the age of 59 years. He was born August 11, 1967, to Gordon and Carole Anne Heseman in Rogers, Arkansas. Walter was raised in Taneyville, MO and graduated from Forsyth High School. After graduating from The College of the Ozarks, he served 23 years at the Forsyth Police Department. He had also served his community as a volunteer firefighter and an EMT. Walter was an avid reader and enjoyed sci-fi and fantasy novels. He had many hobbies and interests, including history and building models. He was an intelligent, honest, and hardworking man, and will be deeply missed by his loved ones.
He was predeceased by his mother Carole Anne.
Walter is survived by his father Gordon, siblings Chris and Pat, and children Lauren, Emma, Amalia and Samuel.
Visitation will be held at Shepherd of the Lakes Lutheran Church, Forsyth, Mo. Tuesday, September 1, 2026, from 9 - 10 AM with funeral service following at 10 AM. Pastor David Oddi will officiate. Interment will be at the Ozarks Memorial Park Cemetery, Branson, at a later date. Arrangements were under the direction of Snapp-Bearden Forsyth Chapel, Forsyth, Mo.
