For only the second time in American History, a former President returns to the White House after leaving office.
Early Wednesday Morning, FOX News declared the states of Pennsylvania and Wisconsin for former President Donald Trump, which puts him over the 270 Electoral College Votes needed to win the presidency back after being defeated by Joe Biden in 2020. Trump was also leading the popular vote early Wednesday morning according to FOX News Numbers.
The only other time an ex-President was returned to office after losing an election was Grover Cleveland, who served from 1885-89 then was returned to office for another four-year term in 1893.
Arkansas and Missouri were among the states that Trump won on his way to winning a second term.
