Hollister crew members will visit neighborhoods soon as part of the work to upgrade GIS mapping, according to a Facebook post by the Hollister government.

"The City of Hollister Team will be visiting your neighborhood soon to locate meter pits, water valves and manholes as we upgrade our GIS mapping system. All team members will be in clearly marked City of Hollister vehicles and wearing identifying credentials. Please do not hesitate to inquire for their id when they are in your area. You may also contact City Hall, 417-334-3262, if needed. Thank you for your cooperation as we improve our records and mapping information."
