A Branson man is facing multiple charges of domestic violence.
Court documents indicate that Ian Manuel Frantz is facing three 2nd Degree Assault Charges after incidents over a three-day period. The Probable Cause statement indicates that the victim had been abused initially by Frantz on March 14 then again twice on the 17th when she met with Frantz to try and repair their relationship. Frantz reportedly strangled the victim several times sending her to unconsciousness two times before she was able to escape when a neighbor knocked on the door and Frantz went to speak with them. The victim had numerous marks on her when police interviewed her consistent with her account of the incidents.
Frantz is currently being held without bond in the Taney County Jail.
