Mercy Branson is inviting the community to celebrate with them in July.
For the first time, the health care organization is hosting an event on the parking lot of their Mercy Clinic Family Medicine on Highway 248 to celebrate Independence Day.
"Ignite the Night" with Mercy is July 3 beginning at 4:00 pm and will feature Live Entertainment from the Massengae Brothers and The Sons of Brtitches along with food trucks, other vendors with health information including Student Sports Physicals, and family activities including Face Painting.
Dixie Ahne, Patients Services Relations Coordinator with Mercy, said during a recent interview on KRZK's "Ozarks Now" program that this event is a way for Mercy to meet the community as they continue to expand their services in the Lakes Region.
Ahne says those who plan to attend can park next door at the Yakov Theater Parking Lot and should bring Lawn Chairs to watch the entertainment as well as be in position to watch the fireworks from the Branson Landing after 9:00.
