A rainy and stormy week is forecasted for the Lakes Region this week.
After some light, scattered rain fell this morning, most of today will be dry with highs again pushing up to the 90 Degree mark. The first round of showers and thunderstorms follows early Monday morning with mainly scattered storms expected through the day.
After a break Monday night, another round of storms are expected on Tuesday with more widespread coverage during the day.
A Marginal Risk of severe storms is expected for areas northwest of a Branson-Harrison Line early Monday morning with a Marginal to Slight Risk forecast for the Lakes Region later Monday afternoon.
Chances of rain remain in the forecast for most of this week according to National Weather Service Forecasters.
