MISSOURI — Experts at Localazy who specialize in translation analyzed the typical monthly Google search volume for commonly used words combined with the terms ‘pronunciation’ and ‘meaning’. This analysis helped pinpoint the words that people nationally and in each state find most challenging.
According to Localazy’s research, “Niche” is the phrase that Missouri residents searched for the most, with 1,913 searches made across the state each month and 126,383 nationwide.
“Niche” is defined as a place, employment, status, or activity for which a person or thing is best fitted according to Merriam-Webster Dictionary. There are two phonetic pronunciations you can use, \NEESH\ (rhymes with sheesh) and \NICH\ (rhymes with pitch).
