Woman Sentenced in Arkansas Part of Two-State Murder Case

A person who killed two people in two states has been sentenced in the second state she committed the crimes in 2025.

Tuesday in Carroll County Circuit Court, 32-year-old Taylor Santiago of Aurora pleads guilty to the Capital Murder of Sophie Williams and the Attempted Capital Murder of Nathan Green in January of 2025. 

According to court documents, Santiago killed her ex-husband Troy Huffman in Aurora then took his car to Arkansas and killed Williams and injured Green, who is the biological father of her daughter, at his residence in Eureka Springs. 

Santiago is currently serving Life without Parole for the Missouri Murder and has now been sentenced to the same in Arkansas for the Murder and Attempted Murder of Williams and Green.
