Acquisition of Table Rock Community Bank by Alton Bancshares Complete

The acquisition of a lakes area bank has been completed.

According to a press release issued last week, Alton Bancshares, Inc. of Alton, Missouri has completed it's acquisition of Table Rock Community Bank that began earlier this year. Table Rock Community Bank now joins Alton Bank as well as First Community Bank of the Ozarks based in Branson as part of the Alton Bancshares group. 

The release indicates that the bank will continue to operate under the same name with the same management and staff and will still be operated independently.
