Four area teachers have been nominated for an award that will be presented for the first time by the Missouri Future Farmers of Association Foundation.
In a previous release, the Branson School District announced that Ag Teacher Aaron Magnuson was one of the finalist for the award sponsored nationally by Nationwide Insurance. The award recognizes Missouri's agricultural educators for their tremendous contributions to helping the next generation of agricultural leaders according to a post on the Missouri FFA Foundation's Facebook Page.
Among the other finalist from the region are Paula Bodenhamer of Dora, Heather Eberlin of Nixa, and Steve Loveday of East Newton.
The award will be presented at the FFA Association's annual meeting in April
