Ava Man Seriously Injured in Taney County Crash

A car vs. motorcycle crash in Merriam Woods results in one serious injury.

According to the report released from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident occurred at the intersection of Highway 176 and Cedarwood Drive when the car making a left turn was struck by the motorcycle ejecting the driver. 

The motorcycle driver, a 20-year-old man from Ava, sustained serious injuries and flown to Cox South Hospital in Springfield while two people in the car, both from Branson, were taken to Cox Medical Center Branson for treatment of their minor injuries.
