Branson Board Scheduled to Decide on Zoning Revisions, Tax Levy

A final reading of an ordinance amending the City Code for regulations of Data Centers is part of the agenda for this evening’s Branson Board of Aldermen Meeting. 

The Amendments have been discussed at several recent meetings including a special Aldermen Meeting on August 1 that saw these amendments get initial approval. These amendments establish guidelines for Data and Crypto Mining Facilities to be established.

Also on tonight’s agenda is the annual establishing of the Annual Property Tax Levy for the city. 

This evening’s meeting begins at 6:00 following a special 4:30 closed meeting that is scheduled to discuss litigation.
