Branson Entertainers Facing Charges Turn Themselves In

Two Branson Entertainers facing Federal Charges turn themselves into authorities this week.

Garry Carson and Janine Carson are in the Greene County Jail in Springfield after being arrested on a charge of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. The Carsons are alleged to have coerced a minor to participate in sexually explicit acts which the Carsons turned into images and videos. 

Court documents released this week and recapped by Ozarks First indicate in June 2025, members of the Southwest Missouri Cybercrimes Task Force seized multiple storage devices, including a cell phone and computer. The report state that 46 videos of the minor was among the items seized. 

Attorneys for Garry and Janine Carson send statements to Ozarks First claiming their clients are innocent of these charges and both Carsons are looking forward to having their names cleared. 

Garry and Janine Carson have produced and performed recently in the Escape Reality Magic Show and the Cabaret Comedy Magic Dinner Show in Branson. They have also performed in shows in Las Vegas and been featured on the Masters of Illusion Television Show.
