A man is facing a felony charge due to the possibility of a fourth Driving While Intoxicated Conviction.
According to court documents filed by Ozark County Prosecutor Curtis Lee Pipkins, 57-year-old Benjamin Hutchinson was arrested for an incident in May of 2023 where Hutchison was stopped for speeding and was eventually discovered to be driving while revoked and blew 0.88% on a field breathalyzer test, well above the legal limit.
After assessing those charges in addition to three other DWI Convictions, one in Howell County and two in Taney County, Pipkins has filed an Aggravated DWI charge against Hutchinson, who was arrested and is in the Ozark County Jail on a $5,000 Bond.
Hutchinson next appearance in Ozark County Circuit Court is this Tuesday.
