Branson Parks and Recreation will be raising some fees for the upcoming year according to a resolution approved by the Branson Board of Aldermen at their Tuesday, Oct. 10 meeting.
According to parks staff, the department has looked at 2023 projected revenues and expenses in creating the 2024 fee schedule.
“The proposed fee schedule addresses increased fiscal demand to sustain the current level of service,” Parks Director Cindy Shook told the aldermen. “The fee adjustments are being recommended to maintain adequate revenue and maintain maintenance operations.”
