Brown Street Opened

Brown Street is opened, according to a Facebook post by the Branson government.

Update:  12/28/2023 3:10 pm.  
Brown Street is back open, crews were able to fix the leak without interrupting the water service.  

The City of Branson Water Distribution crew will be closing a section of  Brown Street, at W. Long Street in order to locate a leak and perform a repair.  More information will be available once the leak has been located.  

Motorists are asked to be aware of signage, traffic cones, and work crews in the marked Work Zone. 

For questions, please contact the Utilities Department at 417-243-2740 during normal business hours. After hours, please contact the City of Branson Police Department’s Non-Emergency Line at 417-334-3300.

The generous donation will be used to help purchase two therapy dogs for the district, set to debut at the start of the 2025-2026 school year. The check was presented to Superintendent Dr. Brian Wilson and Assistant Superintendent of District Operations, Dr. Sean Woods, by foundation board members Katie Adams, Ryan Gdovin, and Denise Olmstead.
