Christian Action Ministries is raising $11,500 in order to receive a dollar-for-dollar matching grant from Ozarks Food Harvest, the regional food bank for southwest Missouri.
The funds Christian Action Ministries raises will be used to provide food for those in need through their three agencies;
Branson, Forsyth and Stone County.
Christian Action Ministries has until December 15, 2025, to raise the funds which will be matched dollar-for-dollar, resulting in total funds of $23,000. Individuals wishing to contribute to Christian Action Ministries can securely donate online at www.christianactionministries.org or send donations by
mail to 2400 State Highway 165, Branson, MO 65616. We kindly request that contributions be designated for the challenge grant. The grant funding will provide food which will help their efforts to serve families facing food insecurity.
“This grant is a blessing, as the individuals we serve continue to deal with economic uncertainty,” said Michele Dean, Executive Director, Christian Action Ministries. Thanks to Ozarks Food Harvest, and this generous community we’re able to continue our work of combating food insecurity in Ozark Mountain Country.
