City Announces New Human Resources Director - Hayley Hutchins Joins Growing Leadership Team

Hayley Hutchins is joining Branson government's leadership team, according to a press release; the entire release is available below.

BRANSON, Mo., 3/16/2023 - The City of Branson is announcing the addition of Hayley Hutchins to the growing leadership team of City Hall. Hutchins, with 20 years of experience leading corporate human resources functions, comes to Branson after serving multiple highly-recognized organizations in the Ozarks.  

“Hayley is an essential piece in the developing team to move Branson forward,” said Branson Mayor Larry Milton. “She is respected for building human resources infrastructure by aligning employee initiatives with business goals. I am grateful that as a community we are moving with significant momentum.”  

Hutchins most recently served in key human resources roles at Snyder Construction Group in Ozark and O’Reilly Hospitality Management in Springfield. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management & Human Resources from Missouri State University. In her position as Director of Human Resources for Branson, Hutchins will be responsible for the development and operations of the Human Resources Department, reporting to City Administrator, Cathy Stepp.  

“Hayley’s positive ‘can-do’ attitude along with her empathy when dealing with sensitive workplace matters is exactly what we need and will allow us to reach our full potential at City Hall. We welcome her to our growing team of exceptional leaders,” said City Administrator, Cathy Stepp.

“I am looking forward to being part of bringing people together in building Branson’s dynamic future,” said Hutchins. “With so much opportunity in the Branson area, it’s an exciting time to join the leadership team.” Hutchins begins her new position on March 24, 2023.

  • Hollister Schools Foundation donates $4,000 for Therapy Dog

    The Hollister Schools Foundation has presented a $4,000 check to the Hollister R-V School District, funds raised during last spring’s "Coins for a Cause" fundraiser. The generous donation will be used to help purchase two therapy dogs for the district, set to debut at the start of the 2025-2026 school year. The check was presented to Superintendent Dr. Brian Wilson and Assistant Superintendent of District Operations, Dr. Sean Woods, by foundation board members Katie Adams, Ryan Gdovin, and Denise Olmstead.
