A doctor of a private Christian Boarding School in Stockton wanted on Child Sex Crime Charges has been caught in Harrison.
The Boone County Sheriff's Office reports on their website the arrest of 56-year-old David Smock.
Smock had the charges filed on him last week after he was alleged to have committed the sex crimes against a minor. Multiple media reports indicate the Smock took a minor who was a student at the Agape Boarding School to a rental home he owned in Springfield where the alleged incident occurred.
An arrest warrant was issued with the search for Smock ending in Harrison on Tuesday night. He was taken to the Boone County Detention Center and held overnight prior to being transported to Greene County for a court appearance.
