The dry, warm, and windy conditions in the Lakes Region continue as the risk of fires getting out of control also continues.

The National Weather Service is again warning of the dangers of outdoor burning as gusty southern winds combine with a dry air mass continuing to impact the region. Forecasters again warn of the risk of outdoor burning getting out of control quickly.

Many counties in northern Arkansas have issued Burn Bans with officials in both states suggesting putting off outdoor burning.

Some relief may be on the way as a couple of frontal systems will bring daily rain chances to the region starting on Wednesday.
