Southern Stone County Firefighters are dispatched to aa fire Friday morning along Highway 13.
According to a post from the Southern Stone County Fire Protection District, units were dispatched around 8:00 am to the Cruise Inn south of Kimberling City for the reported fire. Traffic was slowed in the area due to limited access and the number of units on the scene.
Other social media reports plus reporting from KY-3 News indicated that the fire started when an umbrella blew into a breaker box. The majority of damage was done to the Throttle Down Restaurant Bar according to the report.
No injuries were reported.
