A man from Kirbyville is facing charges after an accident Saturday evening.
In an arrest report filed by the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 50-year-old Bradley Lilliech is charged with a Felony of Driving While Intoxicated With Serious Physical Injury. He was released after his arrest to receive medical treatment for his injuries.
According to a separate accident report filed by the MSHP, around 8:20, a UTV traveled off of the right side of Savage Road south of Kirbyville and overturned. The driver of the UTV, not named in the accident report but identified as a 50-year-old Kirbyville man, along with a 54-year-old woman from Kirbyville were reported to sustain serious injuries.
Neither person was wearing safety device according to the accident report.
