According to a post on the Department's Facebook Page, five stations were dispatched to the house fire on Glenwood drive just after 2:00 am. First arriving units reported the house was 50% involved with one end of the house collapsing. Using water shuttled in from a nearby station, firefighters were able to get the fire under control in 30 minutes.
Four occupants living in the home were awaking by their smoke detectors and escaped the blaze without injury.
The State Fire Marshall was called in to investigate the cause of the blaze according to the Department's post.
