
A man with Branson ties that has been under investigation for possession and distribution of Child Pornography enters a guilty plea to one charge.
The case against 66-year-old Thomas Forster, who has worked as a marketing executive for several Branson Businesses, entered the plea last week in Federal Court according to court documents recapped by the Branson Tri-Lakes News.
The case against Forster began in 2020 when according to the filing, an online chat app submitted a tip to authorities that an account holder was suspected of uploading child pornography images. Two years later, Forster was served with a Federal Search Warrant where officials found more evidence against Forester.
Charges were officially field and Forster initially arrested in early 2024 which he pled not guilty to , and was scheduled for trial later in the year according to past reports.
According to Greene County Jail records, Forster was booked last week and is currently in jail on hold for U.S. Marshals.
