As parts of the Lakes Region are seeing temperatures at or below freezing again this morning, temperatures are expected to rebound today and stay above freezing for overnight temperatures over the next several days.
No rain is in the forecast through the weekend which continues to leave the area dry and with low humidity and winds, maintain the risk of wildfires.
Several counties in northwest Arkansas including Boone and Carroll remain under a Burn Ban issued by the country judges.
The National Weather Service continues to issue advisories on elevated to locally significant fire risks due to the conditions.
