Dr. Jeff Mingus announced at the beginning of this school year that he would be stepping away from the Superintendent position of the Forsyth RIII School District. Dr. Mingus has been in education for a total of 30 years. Eighteen of those years were spent here in Forsyth: 6 as Assistant Superintendent and 12 as Superintendent. Dr. Mingus is unsure what is next for him, but says this is not retirement and is instead a move into the next chapter and adventure.
