An Arkansas woman is caught after allegedly trying to transport drugs into Missouri.
According to the probable cause affidavit filed by the Branson Police Department, Brandi Knott of Green Forest is facing Druck Trafficking and Child Endangerment Charges after they received word that she might be traveling from Arkansas through the region attempting to transport drugs to Springfield. Officers spotted the vehicle at the intersection of Green Mountain Drive and Frank Rea Boulavard and discovered methamphetamine in the vehicle. Knott was traveling with a juvenile at the time of the traffic stop.
Knott was taken to the Taney County Jail in Forsyth where she later posted a $2500 Bond. She is scheduled to appear in Taney County Circuit Court on the charges on January 13, 2026.
