Branson Parks and Recreation announces the reconstruction of the gym floors at the RecPlex is underway.
The floor along with other parts of the facility sustained damage after a waterline break during the extreme cold weather in December. According to a release from the parks department, officials hope for an April completion date for the project and the opening of the gym.
Other areas of the Rex Plex including the walking track and the fitness center are still open to the public.
