Two current members of the Hollister Board of Aldermen will run unopposed for another term in the upcoming April Election.
Longtime Ward 2 Alderman David Willard has been on the board since 2004 while Ward 1 Alderman Don Jones was appointed in 2021 to fill the vacancy left when Lamar Patton was appointed Mayor after the retirement of longtime Mayor David Tate. Both filed for reelection according to City Clerk Bridget Epps.
Barring any write-in candidates, the two will run unopposed in the Municipal Election on April 4th.
