Lakes Region Locations Rank in "Living off the Grid" Survey

A United Kingdom Company recently surveyed 3000 Americans in ranking the best locations for living off the grid in the United States. 

Business Electric released the results of the survey which listed the top 150 Living off the Grid locations in the U.S.

Three parts of the Lakes Region made the survey. Two in Arkansas included the Ozarks Mountains ranking 25th and Newton County 46th while in Missouri, Ozark County ranked 65th. 

Nearby Oregon and Shannon Counties in Missouri also made the list which can be found through this link.
