7th District Congressman Billy Long joins several Taney County Officials at a Ribbon Cutting for a new bridge over Bull Creek in Northern Taney County.
The bridge, which is on Round Mountain Road, replaces a low water crossing that was often flooded during heavy rains. The cost of the construction was around $1.6 million.
Road and Bridge Administrator Devin Huff tells the Branson Tri-Lakes News that more work is going to be done in that area including putting Box Culverts on nearby Goodnight Hollow Road which will raise the road bed and minimize flooding over that road.
The complete story on the ribbon cutting can be found on the Branson Tri-Lakes News Website.
