New Western Taney County Fire Protection District Recruits Graduated

According to a Western Taney County Fire Protection District Facebook post on Saturday, the district recognized their newest recruits during their graduation ceremony on June 29.

Last evening, June 29, 2023, the Fire District held, at our headquarters, the graduation ceremony for our latest recruit academy. The people that graduated are Gabe Gordon (1), Nick Anderson (1), Cynthia Layne (2), Bill Ford (4), Gauge Ford (4), Noah Obester (5), Heather Youngblood (5), Trevor White (6), Travis Morgan (7), and Dylan Schmitt (7). All ten worked very hard to complete their training. Thank you for all the hard work that got you to this place and now you have the opportunity to serve the people in our Fire District as you respond to calls.

Note: the number in parentheses indicates which fire station they are assigned to.
