The City of Branson’s North Beach Park, located at 401 Eastlake St., will be closed to the public from March 10 through March 14 for the removal of hazardous trees that will help maintain the park for years to come.
This project is funded by and a part of the Missouri Department of Conservation’s Tree Resource Improvement and Maintenance (TRIM) grant program that offers cost-share funding for government agencies, schools and nonprofit groups to manage, improve or conserve trees on public lands.
Tree and other vegetation removals have already happened in several of Branson’s other parks and the Branson Lakeside RV Campground. Replacement trees will be planted beginning this spring.
