The Hollister School District recently announced its Teacher of the Year for the 2023-2024 school year.
Early Childhood Center Kindergarten Teacher Brandi Ortega was chosen for the honor for her dedication to the school district and its students throughout the years. ECC and Elementary School Principal Mark Waugh shared his appreciation for Ortega and the skills she brings to the district.
“Mrs. Ortega has been dedicated to the Hollister School District for over eighteen years,” Waugh said. “In that time, she has done many things to help our students, families, and faculty.”
