A man is in serious condition after a car vs. pedestrian accident Wednesday night in Merriam Woods.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol Accident Report, the car, driven by 58-year-old Tonga King of Rockaway Beach, hit the pedestrian on Highway 176.
The pedestrian, 19-year-old Robert Gooch of Merriam Woods, was taken to Cox South Hospital in Springfield for treatment of his injuries.
