The man who was charged with causing a disturbance and the Steak N Shake Restaurant on Main Street in Branson this past March is sentenced in Taney County Court on Tuesday.
According to court documents, Alex Rosen, leader of the online group Predator Poachers, receives two years Unsupervised Probation for one count of Misdemeanor First-Offense Peace Disturbance while two other charges, including a felony charge, were dismissed as part of a Plea Agreement.
Rosen went into the Steak N Shake restaurant on March 27 to confront an employee who was accused of being caught in a sting operation by Rosen’s group designed to catch Sexual Predators. That led to a confrontation with store management leading to Rosen’s arrest.
One of the Probation’s Guidelines is that he is not allowed to be on any Steak N Shake Properties.
