Springfield Man Facing Taney County Charges for Rape of a Minor

A man from Springfield is facing rape and sodomy charges in the Lakes Region for incidents that happened over a period of two years.

According to court documents, charges were filed on Monday against 25-year-old Tracy Dale Morgan who is accused of inappropriate relationships with an underaged female victim. According to the documents, Morgan raped the victim twice, once around Christmas time in 2020 and another in the summer of 2022, with both incidents happening in Branson. 

Morgan is currently being held without bond in the Taney County Jail.
