Although the heaviest damage sustained in Tuesday's severe thunderstorms were in the Springfield area, there was some damage reported in the Lakes Region.
According to reports collected by KTLO, some private docks in northern Marion County sustained damage while there were reports of several power outages in the county. The Marion County Sheriff's office reported downed power lines near the Ranger Boat plant outside of Flippin closed a portion of Highway 202 for a time.
According to Marion County Emergency Management Director Melissa Penn, no injuries or other damage were reported in the county.
