People wanting to enjoy outdoor activities on this Labor Day Monday may have to avoid some rain.
While a widespread rain pattern is not expected, the National Weather Service says the Lakes Region has a 30-40% chance of rain during the day mixed in with sunshine. Temperatures will be around 80 for most areas.
The recent cooler pattern will continue for the first week of September with high temperatures in the low to mid 80s through midweek, then after a chance of rain Wednesday night, back to the upper 70s to around 80 the remainder of the week.
