The new officeholders in Taney County are about to complete their first week on the job.
Last Friday, a swearing in ceremony took place with several officeholders getting sworn in for another term in office.
There were a pair of newly elected officials taking office as Nick Plummer was sworn in as Presiding Commissioner while Stephanie Spencer took the oath of office for County Clerk. Plummer and Spencer replace Mike Scofield and Donna Neeley respectively who did not run for reelection.
