Three Men Wanted for ATM Robberies in Taney County

Three individuals are wanted in Taney County in connection with a series of thefts involving ATM “jackpotting” operations.

According to online court records, Carlos Eduardo Sabino Parro (born 1999, Aurora, Colorado) has been charged with stealing $750 or more and tampering with computer equipment to defraud or obtain property. Alfredo Jose Maita Accienso (born 2003) faces charges of physical theft and computer‑equipment tampering. Yoskarlys Estefania Lopez‑Guevara (born 2002) is charged with stealing $750 or more.

A probable cause statement reports that on Feb. 27, an officer responded to a Branson bank after an ATM was forcibly opened and approximately $21,000 stolen. Security footage showed a male suspect using a crowbar to access internal components and inserting a small electronic device resembling a USB or Bluetooth dongle.

Later that day, a similar incident in Hollister resulted in the theft of roughly $4,000. Surveillance recorded a white 2002 Subaru Forester near the scene. Police later located the vehicle at a pharmacy, where Alfredo initially provided a false name and was advised not to drive due to lacking a valid license. He drove away shortly afterward, was stopped, and arrested. A search yielded multiple cell phones, a Colorado temporary driver’s license, and $820. A subsequent vehicle search uncovered Bank of America ATM receipts and documents referencing a jail commissary deposit.

Investigators linked Carlos to additional ATM thefts in Wichita, Kansas, and Springfield, Missouri. During interviews, he allegedly admitted to being recruited in Colorado by “Tren de Aragua (TDA),” a Venezuelan transnational criminal organization, to participate in ATM jackpotting activities.
Yoskarlys was seen on surveillance at an ATM in Springfield and is accused of making deposits shortly after the Branson and Hollister incidents. Authorities also recovered photographs showing the suspects in a hotel room with large amounts of cash.

Warrants have been issued in Taney County for all three individuals.
